Privacy policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Who we are
Our website address is: https://publicartlab.us/. This website is owned and operated by Public Art Lab LLC (“we”, “us” and “our”). For any question about this policy, write to info@publicartlab.us.
Contact form and email
When you contact us through the contact form or by email, we collect the data you provide: your name, email address, your role, the name of your studio or organization and the content of your message. We use this data only to reply to you, arrange a first meeting and, if you request it, prepare a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Please don’t send confidential project details before an NDA has been signed. A short outline is enough for a first contact.
Confidentiality
Discretion is at the core of our work. Information about your projects shared after an NDA is governed by that agreement, in addition to this policy. Our participation in your project is only made public if you decide so.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Embedded content from other websites
This website does not embed content from other websites. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties.
If we embed content in the future (e.g. videos, images or maps), it will behave in the exact same way as if you had visited the other website. Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share it with the service providers that host this website and deliver our email, with artists or specialists from our network involved in your project (only with your prior consent and under confidentiality), or when required by law.
How long we retain your data
We keep the messages you send us and their metadata for as long as needed to answer your enquiry, provide our services and meet our legal, accounting and contractual obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we correct or erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To make a request, write to info@publicartlab.us.
Where your data is sent
Public Art Lab LLC is based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your data will be processed in the United States. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email through our email service provider. The form includes automatic anti-spam checks that do not use cookies or third-party services.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its update date.
